Leaving a gift in your Will

Leaving a gift to Depaul UK in your Will makes a life-long difference to disadvantaged and vulnerable young people.

For people aged 16 – 25 experiencing homelessness we provide safe places to stay, from temporary solutions through to longer term accommodation whilst at the same time, supporting their wellbeing and giving them access to education and training.

How gifts in Wills can help

  • we can build our network of Nightstop volunteers to offer a warm welcome and safe place to stay to those in immediate crisis
  • specially-trained staff can support young people in our services to make decisions about their lives, set goals, take risks and learn from their mistakes, helping young people to unlock their potential
  • our homelessness prevention teams can work with more young people who are most at risk of becoming homeless, to ensure they have somewhere to turn when they need help and the tools they need to stay safe
  • across the UK, teams of family-mediation counsellors can provide sessions which help young people and their families to overcome conflict and stay together, helping in our mission to end homelessness.

Free Wills service

If you have not yet made a Will, we offer a free Will-making service. Detailed guidance throughout the process will help you to consider everything you need to think about when making a Will, and to identify any issues where expert legal advice could be valuable.

You can take the first step by clicking the link below.

With our Free Wills service, there is no obligation to leave a gift in your Will to Depaul UK. However, any contribution you decide to make after your loved ones are taken care of, is a special gift to future generations of young people; ensuring they receive the support they need to put the difficult times behind them and go on to lead happy, healthy and fulfilling lives.

Whatever you are able to give will be put to the best possible use, where the need is greatest, changing the lives of some of society’s most excluded people.

Thank you.

“Too many young people face such horrendous individual difficulties alone, which is why I have supported Depaul since its earliest days and shall do so with a Legacy after my death.”

David, Depaul UK supporter
