Housing advice

Worried about your housing situation? Our housing advisors can talk you through your options and support you to take the first steps to secure stable accommodation.

We do this by:

  • Providing information about hostels and other types of suitable housing
  • Referring to hostels and shared accommodation
  • Helping you complete forms
  • Helping you to claim benefit entitlements
  • Speaking to other agencies on your behalf
  • Introducing young people to our other services, such as training and employment and family mediation
  • Signposting people to a range of external support services, depending on their circumstances

We are based at Endeavour Centre, Sherborne House, 34 Decima Street, London SE1 4QQ. If you want to visit, please call us on 020 7278 4224 to make an appointment.
You will be offered an initial assessment/ advice session with one of our advice team and offered a confidential space to discuss your needs.
