What’s the role all about?

As our Individual Giving Officer you will use your creative  and analytical talents to support the Individual Giving Manager deliver our exiting new audience strategy, new supporter acquisition programme and oversee our donor retention journeys ensuring that Depaul UK builds and maintains a loyal and lasting supporter base to provide stability for the charity in the years to come.

What will ideally support your success in this role?

  • Delivering compelling and engaging supporter/customer journeys within a Direct Marketing environment for at least two years
  • Experience of creating/editing engaging copy
  • A sound understanding of fundraising/marketing principles
  • Experience of using a customer or supporter databases
