Depaul helps people around the UK who are homeless, vulnerable and disadvantaged, with a special focus on young people. We are a homelessness charity with the largest network of emergency accommodation for young people in the UK, making a difference to the lives of thousands of young people each year. You will have a vital role to play in helping us achieve our mission of offering homeless and disadvantaged people the opportunity to fulfil their potential and move towards an independent and positive future.

To succeed in this role you will have;
Significant experience of working with service users in the homelessness field
The ability to support plan with clients and risk assess their individual needs
Experience of working in a busy supported housing environment
A broad understanding and knowledge of the benefit system and of the services available to young people in the area
The ability to use logical processes for solving problems and making decisions, with particular focus on Risk Assessment and Safeguarding
The required skills to prepare and facilitate group work sessions with young people.
A positive commitment to Equality and Diversity, and a working knowledge of other cultures and religions.
