We are looking for an outstanding individual who will help guide our South Tyneside services over the course of the next 12 months and hopefully beyond. Working collaboratively with our partner organisations you will maintain and grow service delivery; including drop-in activity, outreach and tenancy support, advice and advocacy.

To succeed in this role you will have experience of working directly with vulnerable people and be empathic towards the challenges faced by people experiencing homelessness. You will be an experienced project manager, used to providing high quality support and quality leadership to staff and volunteers that are supporting vulnerable people. You will be used to ensuring consistent delivery of a range of services to meet the needs of vulnerable people. You will be a confident and determined individual who is passionate about helping people find stability in their lives and moving them to a positive and independent future.
