Depaul helps people around the UK who are homeless, vulnerable and disadvantaged, with a special focus on young people. We are a homelessness charity with the largest network of emergency accommodation for young people in the UK, making a difference to the lives of thousands of young people each year. You will have a vital role to play in helping us achieve our mission of offering homeless and disadvantaged people the opportunity to fulfil their potential and move towards an independent and positive future.

To be a success in this role you will be able to demonstrate your experience of line managing staff, volunteers and students. You will have experience of working within services that are aimed at empowering young people, helping them to become resilient in the face of adversity. As a confident senior worker you will hold responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of all clients, volunteers, visitors and staff in the service.

You will operate as part of a small team in which lone working is required at times.,index/outWe are looking for people who have experience of working with young people or have worked in a homelessness and or housing environment and are aligned to our values.
