Depaul helps people around the UK who are homeless, vulnerable and disadvantaged, with a special focus on young people. We are a homelessness charity with the largest network of emergency accommodation for young people in the UK, making a difference to the lives of thousands of young people each year. You will have a vital role to play in helping us achieve our mission of offering homeless and disadvantaged people the opportunity to fulfill their potential and move towards an independent and positive future.

The Programmes and Volunteering Manager will be a key member of our National Programmes Team. Working closely with the department head, the post-holder will be accountable for leading our strategic Programmes and Volunteering work in the North East region to ensure the successful regional implementation of the national Volunteering and Programmes strategy. The Programmes and Volunteering Manager will line manage a small staff team and a number of volunteers and students.

To be successful in this role you will have experience of working with our client group, managing staff and volunteers, managing budgets and developing successful partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
