One Night at a Time

Don't give up chocolate this Lent. Instead, do something more fulfilling.

This lent, the Forty Nights of Nightstop campaign is raising money to support Nightstop, our emergency accommodation programme. One way you can get involved is to join One night at a time.

Take time each day to reflect on the issues facing homeless young people in the UK. Reflect, give and act in mini-actions each day. Get to Easter feeling more informed and having taken action. And not so desperate for chocolate that you devour your entire chocolate stock in one day.

Nightstop UK

Nightstop helps homeless young people find a safe place to stay, one night at a time.

Communities and charities run Nightstops in 33 locations around the UK - giving nearly 1,700 young people a bed for the night in 2014 alone.

Depaul UK coordinates the Nightstop Network and runs Nightstops in London, the North East, the North West and Cumbria.
