Depaul helps people around the UK who are homeless, vulnerable and disadvantaged, with a special focus on young people. We are a homelessness charity with the largest network of emergency accommodation for young people in the UK, making a difference to the lives of thousands of young people each year. You will have a vital role to play in helping us achieve our mission of offering homeless and disadvantaged people the opportunity to fulfill their potential and move towards an independent and positive future.

Depaul UK is at an exciting stage in the development of Individual Giving. We are about to invest significantly in this income stream with a vision of creating a long-term, sustainable source of funds for our impactful work with young people around the UK.

Right now, the page is blank. We want to find a hard-working, innovative, creative individual giving manager who thrives on achieving targets. In this role you will take the project and the individual giving team forward. Could this be you?


You will:

  • Manage and implement the donor acquisition and development strategy
  • Manage all aspects of supporter care
  • Manage the development of a new portfolio of products through working with an agency

You will be:

  • Experienced in individual giving fundraising

  • Experienced in managing a significant income and expenditure budget

  • A great communicator both in writing and verbally

  • Innovative, creative and enthusiastic about raising money for our work with homeless young people
