We are looking for an HR Officer to join our team initially on a 3 month fixed term contract with a possibility to extend for a further 3 months, they will ideally support the HR team in the following areas.
- To provide an effective administrative support within the HR Service, in the areas of recruitment, learning ad development, pay and reward and health and safety as well as others, assisting the team to offer a quality service to Depaul employees, Locum Workers and Volunteers.
- To provide an advisory service to the managers and employees of Depaul to include disciplinary, grievance, conduct, performance capability, redundancy situations, termination of employment and other employment law issues.
- You will be part of a comprehensive, high quality and customer focused HR service delivering across Depaul that is mindful of, and promotes the organisation’s Vision, Mission, Values and strategic aims.
