The West Cluster offers a mix of self-contained flats and flats with shared facilities for young people who are homeless or at risk and need high to moderate levels of support.
Staff are available 24 hours a day and work with residents to identify achievable goals and the skills needed for independent living.
There are four other properties dispersed throughout Blackheath and Greenwich which offer a mixture of shared facilities and self contained housing.
These are offered to young people who do not require a high level of support but who would benefit from the security of staff nearby.
We work with a diverse client group who may want help with employment and training, independent living skills, relationships and support networks, emotional and mental health, sexual health, housing, feeling safe, behaviour and substance abuse.
Our team has a broad knowledge and understanding of these issues facing young people in Greenwich.
We work very closely with the local young people's services, in particular The Point and will suggest specialist services that Young People can access for help.
