Greenwich Central Cluster comprises of 28 bed spaces, a mixture of self-contained flats and rooms.
We work together with the Royal Borough of Greenwich, helping young people who are referred to us by the Local Authority. Our primary objective is to provide temporary housing for young people aged 16 to 25 who have become homeless. The young people we work with can become homeless for many reasons, including family or relationship breakdown, leaving care, leaving a young offenders institution or prison, having been a victim of domestic abuse and many others.
We support young people in our project to help them into employment, education or training, assisting with things like benefit applications, GP and dentist registration and other life-skills. We may also make referrals to specialist agencies to help young people manage issues around drug and alcohol abuse, domestic abuse, anger management, gang affilation and others.
Our aim is to help young people develop their life skills and move through the Pathway, making sure that they are ready and able to move on to long-term, permanent accommodation and live independently.
