Depaul helps people around the UK who are homeless, vulnerable and disadvantaged, with a special focus on young people. We have an outstanding opportunity for a fundraising and communications professional with substantial experience of raising voluntary income across various income streams, including individuals, major donors, and trusts and foundations. You will be a strategic thinker, with a proven track record of creating and delivering fundraising growth strategies and a passionate commitment to building the profile of Depaul UK. You will have experience of working with Senior Managers and contributing to organisational strategy and growth plans, and a track record managing high performing teams.
To be successful in this role you will have experience of:
- Track record of creating and delivering fundraising growth strategies including public fundraising/individual giving.
- Significant experience of achieving fundraising and communications objectives through digital channels.
- Track record of managing fundraising incomes of £3million plus.
- Experience in reputational management and building the organisational profile.
- Experience of managing high performing teams and departmental budgets
