Depaul helps people around the UK who are homeless, vulnerable and disadvantaged, with a special focus on young people. We are a homelessness charity with the largest network of emergency accommodation for young people in the UK, making a difference to the lives of thousands of young people each year. You will have a vital role to play in helping us achieve our mission of offering homeless and disadvantaged people the opportunity to fulfil their potential and move towards an independent and positive future.

We have an outstanding opportunity for a fundraising and communications professional with substantial experience of raising voluntary income across various income streams, including individuals, major donors, and trusts and foundations. You will be a strategic thinker, with a proven track record of creating and delivering fundraising growth strategies and a passionate commitment to building the profile of Depaul UK. You will have experience of working with Senior Managers and contributing to organisational strategy and growth plans, and a track record managing high performing teams.

To be successful in this role you will have experience of:

  • Track record of creating and delivering fundraising growth strategies including public fundraising/individual giving.
  • Significant experience of achieving fundraising and communications objectives through digital channels.
  • Track record of managing fundraising incomes of £3million plus.
  • Experience in reputational management and building the organisational profile.
  • Experience of managing high performing teams and departmental budgets
